What do you do in your free time/hobbies?

I spend all of my free time with my adorable and super energized son, Gabriel.

Why did you choose to major in accounting?

I always liked working with numbers and math. My original plan was to go to law school. However, I didn’t want to major in political science and wanted to have a degree that would allow me to have a rewarding job if I didn’t go to law school. It’s a good thing I did, because needless to say I didn’t go to law school.

What are your business goals?

In the future, I would like to develop my own book of business and become more involved in the not-for-profit sector.

What do you like about the SST culture?

I feel comfortable talking to the partners. I also enjoy the flexibility and family atmosphere.

Would you like to expand on why you choose to work at SST?

I enjoy having a variety of clients to work on (e.g. partnerships, corporations, individuals). I feel this makes me a more well-rounded tax professional.
