What is the most valuable lesson you have learned working at SST?

The importance of sharing insights with clients via management comment letters. Most audit firms and auditors avoid the preparation of such letters to meet budget goals. This is short-sighted as auditors are in a unique position to make value added insights and should do so to ensure the continued success of their clients.
