What do you do in your free time/hobbies?

I spend my free time playing with my two young children.

Why did you choose to major in accounting?

Auditing and tax work cannot be automated, I felt like I would be in a profession that has stood the test of time. Even through the rough times, the accounting profession is generally well respected.

What are your business goals?

I am currently pursuing my CPA license. I hope to advance in my career and to someday become an audit manager and, eventually, a partner.

What do you like about the SST culture?

I enjoy being able to work with our different clients in different industries. I also enjoy having the time to actively participate in my children’s lives.

Would you like to expand on why you choose to work at SST?

I chose to work at SST because of the good work/life balance and also the opportunities for advancement.

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned working at SST?

I have learned that no matter what you do here, you are an integral part of a team. We all work together to accomplish the goals of the firm.
