Question:
If my year end is not 12/31, when are my taxes due?
Answer:
The IRS instructions say that Form 990 or Form 990-EZ must be filed by the 15th day of the 5th month after the organization’s accounting period ends. In plain English, this means four and a half months after the organization’s tax year end.
