On Thursday May 25th, The Hope Center invited Salmon Sims Thomas to a vendor appreciation breakfast introducing business partners that collectively serve the nonprofit organization. Stan Keith, CEO welcomed the guest vendors to the event and his opening remarks included the following:
“The Lord is about excellence. The world will know Christ by us.”
Excellence. That’s how I would describe the operations and strategic focus of The Hope Center (THC). THC serves as corporate headquarters to over 40 ministries and nonprofit organizations including June Hunt’s Hope for the Heart Ministry. The 185,000-square foot, log cabin style, structure was built on nine-acres located in Plano, Texas, and is surrounded by walking paths and a prayer garden. A bookstore is conveniently located in the lobby near a warm coffee shop/café; both are open to the public. The ministries that share space in THC work together in a collaborative business/ministry/mission effort serving North Texas and the world. Subsidized rent and facility services are just part of the operating activities provided by THC.
It’s an honor to serve THC as a business vendor and to personally connect with the multiple ministries served there and hear the countless stories of those sharing ONE HOPE.
