This week SST’s own Eileen Keller is in Boca Raton, Florida attending the Florida Association of Post Secondary Schools and Colleges’ Annual Administrators Conference. This year’s conference titled FOCUS (Future Occupations and Careers Uniting Schools) presents pertinent topics and important information for campuses and students. With break-out sessions covering topics specifically for administration/management, admissions, education, financial aid, career/student services, and nursing the event provides a wide knowledge base to a diverse audience of school administrators. Furthermore, the general session topics focus on re-energizing your school, ways to effectively communicate your brand and mission, training faculty to expanding curriculum, digital information literacy, and new accreditation standards.
At the Salmon, Sims, and Thomas booth Eileen hopes to engage school administrators in discussing the new requirements of the Proprietary School and Third-Party audit guide. Eileen is ready and excited to share her knowledge regarding the new guidelines and how SST can help your school be compliant. For more information regarding the new audit guide you can read Brian Hurguy’s article here. And if you are at the #FAPSC administrators conference this week and are not familiar with the audit guide requirements and would like more information on how these regulations may affect your school stop by the SST booth and talk to Eileen!
